Jon Lori Salons Associate Program is a hands on experience that provides comprehensive training in technical skills, guest handling and business skills. Our Associates work with a dedicated service provider on a performance based system with four levels, each level has a specific skill set to master. With each level jump, there is a raise in hourly wage and the opportunity to move to the next level. After your first month in the Associate Program, you are provided an "Opportunity Day" to service your own guests. As you complete the Associate Program, you join our styling team as a Level 1 stylist. Our commitment is to provide an environment that propels you to a top level stylist, with the skills and tools for success in our industry. As you grow in knowledge, may your passion soar!
